It's been only few months that I finished ESP, and I wanted to say to you that I MISS it already, especially with a teacher like Luiza. My recommendation for the new group is to USE this class, this teacher in maximum, about every little thing, because in this class you can be exactly what you are without feeling uncomfortable.

Job interview! Helpful tips
A job interview can be the hardest things to do in your life, but also can be the easiest if you know how to deal with it and if you know what to do before, how to dress appropriately. You should make sure you’re prepared to make the very best impression you can, to help you land that perfect job! For that I am going to list some rules and tips.
Before the interview:
You should RESEARCH THE COMPANY (To find as much as possible information, so in case of asking something about the company you know what to answer! )
Write a LIST OF Common QUESTIONS (And prepare them good.)
Write Questions to ask The Interviewer (So he’ll know that you are really interested to get the job)
BE PREPARED (Bring copies of your resume, references, samples of work, CV.)
Get A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP (You don’t want to sit though the entire interview and wishing you are in the bed! )
RELAX (If you are a nervous type, this should be higher on your list. You should do things that you like, ex. Music, Taking a Bath, Walking, etc.)
EAT SOMETHING (Rumbling stomach is a natural reaction for the body but even a natural thing no one wants to hear your stomach making this noise while you are both in the middle of an interview. Make sure you eat something and wash your stomach with a glass of water.)
ARRIVE EARLY! (Make sure when you arrive to be polite with the secretary and the employers around. It’s good to arrive 10 minutes early.)
Dress To Impress!
Women: Make sure that whatever you choose looks Smart and Professional.
- NO MINISKIRTS – NO LOW CUT TOPS! (This won’t create the image you are looking to create.)
- Go for A TUBE black skirt, Classic ones.
- Nude, White, Navy shirt/blouse.
- Your shoes should be classic one or two inches high.
- A small Purse.
- Hair should be clean, better to wear it back so it won’t distract.
- Light MAKE-UP!
- USE only a little PERFUME.
MAN:
- Suit (Solid color - navy or dark grey)
- Long sleeve shirt (White or coordinated with the suit)
- Tie Necessary!
- Conservative leather shoes (Dark socks)
- Portfolio or Briefcase.

How we understand Marketing&Advertising!

People misunderstand marketing and advertising, in fact there is a difference between them both!
-Marketing is a process that sure it take more time. The goal of marketing is to know the needs of costumers and to satisfy them more than competitors,promoting them via advertising.
-On the other side Advertising is just a tool of marketing to persuade costumers about an product. Advertising is usually paid by sponsors to make an audience know them (products,service...) in various media.

Communication Definition: Intrapersonal&Interapersonal Communication !
Communication is very important tool for individuals to express their needs, also can be understood like exchange of informations, ideas, feelings, thoughts or opinions by speech, writing or signs.
Communication term is mostly used by theorists and scientist.
They enrich us with lot of definitions !
Communication can be expressed Verbally and Non-Verbally.
I used to think that people are like "machines", because we
constantly communicate to those around us, all the time,
and be understood by others just by smiling, legs shaking, etc.
In a word with "Body Language".
Here I like a quote by Stephen King ( American Author ), it says:
Also, communication can be Interpersonal & Intrapersonal.
With itrapersonal communication i understand monologue or inner dialogue.
Or in other words 'talking to myself '!
For communication to be intrapersonal it must happen within
one individual.
Inner dialogue it's something natural, we should critic our selfs
sometimes, or ask our self for something. It helps a lot in our
life decisions.
Ex. "Is good this dress for my job interview?", or
"Should I stay or should I go from X situations?" etc...
-John Maxwell ( American Author ) says:
In other hand, with interpersonal communication it's the opposite
of what i mentioned in intrapersonal communication.
Here it has to deal with two or more individuals, which 'contains' listener and talker.
And sure the feedback it's necessary.
This is just a small part of what i understand by the title,
i think communication it's a wide term and be understood in more ways.

Description !
-Well, while I created this blog I knew that it would be great! I love blogs, so for me it wasn't difficult. I think that this is the best way for teachers and students to become closer to each other, and of course we (the students) will better know each other.
Blogs are great because we can express our feelings and creativity.
